Hi! My name is Kathryn, and I’m so glad you’re here! My story is one with many twists, turns, ups, downs, struggles and successes. So, here’s a brief overview of the awesome adventure I’ve been so blessed to call my life!
this is me.
My story begins in Northeast Georgia with my family, where I was born in Gainesville, just north of Atlanta (yes, I’m a UGA fan- go dawgs!). A short few years into my life, my family relocated to my grandparents’ summer farm in the village of Cashiers, North Carolina. I’ve called Cashiers my home now for nearly twenty years, and I can honestly say there is no place in this world I’d rather be!
what I love.
My personal passions range far and wide but usually they all come back to one core theme, my hometown. Whether it’s spending the day outdoors with my husband Charles and our fur-babies hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, or exploring some of our crafting shows and boutiques with my friends, I really do find my true passion in the God-given mountains I call home.

I’m fortunate enough to assist my clients in living their best lives in the mountains as a cleaning and concierge specialist. I founded my company, Davis & Co. with the dream of owning my own small business that truly makes a difference in lives. My passion for the area translates through my work every day, and there is nothing I’d rather do than help others spend more time on what truly matters in life!
